We would like to give a heartfelt THANK YOU to the volunteers who rolled up their sleeves and took part in the GoGreen Shaunavon initiative put on by Stark & Marsh CPA LLP & the Town of Shaunavon on Friday September 23rd!

Volunteers dedicated the day towards beautification & clean up projects around Shaunavon!

Thank you to the following volunteers:

Stark & Marsh: Harmony Vouriot, Darcy Congdon, Trina Frocklage, Cathie Illerbrun, Tracey Furseth, Emily Cote, Nicole Entem, Kaitlin Illerbrun, Ashley Lafontaine, Cole English, Becky Adrian

Western Financial Group: Melanie Currence, Gail Wallis, Alli Greenlay, Bobbi Fuller

Additional community volunteers: Shelley Lehmann, Roland Piquette, Michelle Hansen, Lois Thienes

Tasks accomplished:

  • Avondale Park: Painting the play structure & benches, raking, weeding, and tree pruning
  • Memorial Park: Painting the play structure & benches, raking, weeding, tree pruning.
  • Sunny Nook: Raking, weeding & removing all plants in planters.
  • Jubilee Park: Raking playground.
  • Grand Coteau Heritage & Cultural Centre: Weeding front flower beds.
  • Public Works Shop: Cleaning out planters.
  • CPWC: Removal of grip tape on the stairs in bleachers of skating rink.

Thank you all for the immeasurably valuable work you have done for our community!
