The Town of Shaunavon Office has set its flags to half-mast to recognize National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. September 30th is dedicated as a day to reflect, share, and learn about the history and inter-generational impacts of residential schools. Special Gallery Opening 11am to 12:30pm - Honoring the children who never returned home and survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities.

Everyone is invited to come and contemplate the exhibition We Were Taught Differently: The Indian Residential School Experience" Shaunavon Library Open 11:00 am to 12:00 Noon Everyone is welcome to come and hear the Orange Shirt Day story and participate in crafts led by Falon Kolbinson
