QUARTERLY UTILITY NOTICE Oct - Dec 2023

We are notifying residents that the quarterly utility notices have been sent out.

PLEASE NOTE: Utility accounts showing a value from the previous billing period in the “Balance Forward” column have received a 4.5% interest charge owing.

REMINDER: Any unpaid amounts as of December 29, 2023 will be charged 4.5% interest, and after January 1st, 2024 the unpaid amount will be added to your taxes as arrears and subject to 12% interest.

If you are signed up for our Utility E-bills, they have been sent out as well. If you have not received yours, log into your email account on your browser and check the spam folder.
