MORNING SING-ALONG: Fridays February 16 & 23 from 10:00 to 11:00 am The more voices we have, the better we sound!! Kevin & Rosemary will have some new songs for us to try – I’m excited!! Everyone Welcome! Bring a Friend!

GENEALOGY: Digging Deeper with Bev Hagen Tuesday, February 20 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Bev is back to share more information about how to use genealogy websites such as MyHeritage, FamilySearch, and Ancestry. You’re welcome to bring your laptop if you have one, and the names and basic details of a family member that you are interested in researching. Reserve your spot by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 16.

ME TIME EVENT: NEURO ART WORKSHOP with TAMMY Wednesday, February 28 @ 7:00 p.m. Art for the Non-Artist!! Tammy will lead us through some basic instruction, and then we will be ready to launch into it and enjoy the process. Reserve your spot by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27.

COFFEE & DECOUPAGE COLLAGE a partnership with Age Friendly Shaunavon Thursday, February 29 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. This will be a fun afternoon of sipping coffee, nibbling treats, visiting, and creating a decoupage collage on acrylic! Please reserve your spot by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28

The Town of Shaunavon is pleased to announce that the Crescent Point Wickenheiser Centre will now be renamed the Veren Wickenheiser Centre, reflecting the recent name change of Crescent Point Energy Corp. to Veren Inc. The multi-use recreational facility, which has been a cornerstone for numerous community activities in Shaunavon, will feature updated signage reflecting the new name in the future.

We are thrilled to announce that the Town of Shaunavon has successfully been awarded up to $22,603.00 from SGI’s Provincial Traffic Safety Fund Grant to assist with the cost of purchasing additional flashing crosswalk signs to install in Shaunavon school zones! Currently, each of Shaunavon’s school zones is equipped with one set of solar light up crosswalk signs.
