Shaunavon Town Office to Re-Open to the Public on May 19, 2020

On Tuesday, May 19, 2020 during the launch of Phase Two of Government of Saskatchewan’s ‘Re-Open Saskatchewan’ Plan, Shaunavon’s Town Office anticipates re-opening our doors to the public. Although the Town Office will be open, we have devised a plan to keep you and our employees safe.

The Town of Shaunavon Requires That You follow the below regulations when entering the Town Office:
• Read All Signage that has been displayed prior to entering the building
• Practice proper Social Distancing
• Only allow one person in the office area at a time;
• Wait in the hallway if someone is already in the office area;
• Use the hand sanitizer supplied;
• Use the front door, as the back door will be locked to control traffic;
If you require use of the wheelchair ramp in the back, please call the office ahead of arrival (306-297-2605) so we can make arrangements.

Please remember that payments can be mailed, left in the mail box in the back, e-transferred, and made online. We request that you only enter the Town Office when absolutely necessary, so we can continue to practice social distancing and keep our staff and community safe.If you have any questions, please call the town office: 306-297-2605.
