Contest runs Monday July 13 to Saturday July 18 at 5:00 pm
Play and Win! 3 - $100 Prizes to be won!
Grab a GAME CARD inserted in the Shaunavon Standard newspaper, download here or pick one up at the Grand Coteau Centre, then search for the OPEN signs at participating Chamber Member Businesses.

HOW TO PLAY:
1. Get your GAME CARD from the Shaunavon Standard newspaper (July 14 edition insert), download and print here, or pick one up at the Grand Coteau Heritage & Cultural Centre Museum  (440 Centre Street).

2. Find the Match Game OPEN sign posted at each of the participating Shaunavon Chamber of Commerce businesses listed above (the signs could be posted on the business window, door or Facebook page).

3. Print the business name under the matching OPEN sign on the game card.

4. Return your completed game card to the Grand Coteau Heritage & Cultural Centre Museum  (440 Centre Street) by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2020.

5. 3 - $100 prizes will be awarded. Winners will be chosen by draw from all correctly completed game cards.

6. Prizes will be awarded in the form of Shaunavon Chamber of Commerce Chamber Cheques.

It is hoped, that while visiting these local businesses, participants  will take the time to look around
to see the amazing products and services that are available in our community.

ABOUT THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
 
Information Sharing:
Members are kept up to date on Chamber & community events with regular email notifications and this website.  The Chamber also organizes informational meetings for relevant community issues and has hosted all candidates forums for local government elections.  Guest speakers are invited to most Chamber General Meetings.

Networking Opportunities:
Opportunities to network with other business people and professionals.  The Chamber's annual Golf Tournament and Small Business Week Social are organized for this purpose.  As well, our January and September General Meetings are set in a relaxed supper meeting format to allow time to share ideas and express concerns.

Community Promotion:
Programs such as the Chamber's Annual Citizen of the Year Award, I Love Shaunavon Day, Ag Appreciation Night, Boomtown Days Parade and Kiddies' Carnival and the Parade of Lights have been designed to show our pride in Shaunavon and its people.  The Chamber also co-ordinates appearances by our town mascot; Heartly, the Heart of Shaunavon.  This is our way to give back to our community and recognize the citizens of Shaunavon and area.

Shop Shaunavon Promotions:
Promotional events are designed to encourage people to "Shop Shaunavon"; Boomtown Days' Passport to Prizes; Shaunabucks; Jinglebucks; Millenium Megabucks and Money Tree Mania are examples of past successful promotions.  Preference is given to promotions that encourage participation from all businesses, not just retail.

Member Directory:
A yellow pages style listing of Chamber member businesses is published each year and distributed to area residents and tourist information locations to encourage support of our member businesses. Download the 2019 Member Directory.
 
Chamber Cheques:
Shaunavon Chamber of Commerce Cheques are just like gift cetificates that are able to be spent at any current Chamber member business.  They make the perfect gift for that hard to buy for person on your list.  Chamber Cheques are available for purchase by contacting Joanne by email joannegregoire@gmail.com or call/text 306-297-7383.

Shaunavon's Mascot: Heartly, the Heart of Shaunavon
