The Town of Shaunavon Office has set its flags to half-mast to recognize National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. September 30th is dedicated as a day to reflect, share, and learn about the history and inter-generational impacts of residential schools. We are welcoming all community members to come down to the Randy Surjik Memorial Amphitheatre @ Memorial Park to enjoy the BBQ from 12:00 - 1:30 PM Friday Sept 22, 2023! Members of the community are kindly asked to contribute a $10.00 donation, where all proceeds will be donated to KidSport Shaunavon, positively impacting the lives of children in need.

HYDRANT FLUSHING SEPT 2023

HYDRANT FLUSHING On Tuesday September 26th and Wednesday September 27th Public Works will be doing their routine fall hydrant flushing in Shaunavon. Shaunavon’s fire hydrants are connected to the potable drinking water system, where hydrant flushing is performed twice a year to remove any settled sediment, contributing to the Town of Shaunavon’s Water Quality Improvement Strategy.

We can’t believe it’s already that time of the year again for our Fall/Winter Recreation Programs to start back up!!! Shaunavon Co-ed Recreational Volleyball League - REGISTER YOUR TEAM ! Deadline to register is Wednesday Oct 11 by 4pm. Games begin October 16th and will be on Monday evenings from 6-9pm until the end of March at the Shaunavon Public School Gym.
