The Town of Shaunavon and Shaunavon Wellness & Leisure are looking for volunteers to help clean the local ball diamonds in preparation for this year’s ball season! Duties include filling in gopher holes, raking and picking up garbage. We ask volunteers to please bring a shovel, rake and gloves if you have any of these items to use during the clean-up!

We are notifying residents that Tax Notices have been sent out. A discount of 3% applies to the municipal portion of your property taxes if paid in full now until June 30th, 2023. If paid during the month of July, a discount of 2% applies. The month of August you will receive a 1% discount.

Lifeguarding is an exciting and rewarding job that is also great experience to add to a resume (and you get to work outdoors all summer)! The Town of Shaunavon will be accepting applications for lifeguards for the 2023 summer season at the SWT Swimming Pool. This posting will remain open until all positions have been filled.

Braydon Coburn Hockey School just announced that their 2023 registrations are now OPEN! Our community is excited to have Braydon Coburn Hockey School (BCHS) back in Shaunavon from July 17th to 21st 2023 at the CPWC. The school is open to boys and girls and will be led by Shaunavon’s own, Braydon Coburn.
