Me Time Disc Golf Clinic

We invite all adults (ages 18+) who would like to learn the basics of Disc Golf, at NO COST! A Disc Golf Clinic hosted by Shaunavon Wellness & Leisure and EDC is being held on Thursday, September 22nd. The clinic will run from 6:00pm to 7:30pm and will be instructed by Morgan Anderson (member of the Professional Disc Golf Association).

GoGreen - REGISTER TODAY

The Town of Shaunavon and Stark & Marsh CPA LLP have partnered for a day of beautification & clean up projects throughout the community! GoGreen 2022 is taking place Friday September 23rd, 2022, in Shaunavon, SK. Shifts are being offered in the morning beginning at 9:00am and in the afternoon beginning at 1:00pm with a complimentary lunch over the noon hour for all volunteers.

TERRY FOX RUN 2022

This year, Shaunavon’s annual Terry Fox Run will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022. There are two run times available for participants to join: Registration at 9:30am, Run starts at 10am & Registration at 5:30pm, Run starts at 6pm Registrations and run starts will be at the CPWC. 3 Distances to choose from: 1KM, 3KM or 5KM.

Introducing ME TIME

The Grand Coteau Heritage and Cultural Centre, Shaunavon Library, Shaunavon Wellness & Leisure Committee, and Economic Development Committee have partnered to create a novel community program called Me Time. The Me Time initiative’s slogan “Together – for the health of it!” focuses on bringing community members together to connect one another through activities to enhance our individual health and well-being.

The Town of Shaunavon has received the test results from the Roy Romanow Provincial Laboratory which deem the Town of Shaunavon water as safe for human consumption. The Water Security Agency is satisfied with the results and has RESCINDED (“a.k.a lifted”) the Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory in the Town of Shaunavon.
